Shipping Policy

At Maamgic, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Free Shipping (U.S. Orders): We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping fees will apply based on your selected delivery method.

• Failed Deliveries (U.S. Orders): If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or any other reason resulting in a failed delivery, we will:

  • Offer one free redelivery or,
  • Provide a refund, with the original shipping cost deducted from the total refund amount.

International Shipping:

• Shipping Costs: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs, which will be calculated during checkout based on the destination.

• Customs and Duties: The buyer is responsible for all corresponding custom duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost.

• Failed Deliveries (International Orders): If an international package fails to deliver and is returned to us, we do not offer free redelivery. A refund will be provided, minus the shipping cost.
