You do not need to create an account, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account could let you efficiently manage and track your orders, manage returns, check your order history, and make your next purchase faster.
I forgot my account password. What should I do?
No worries — just click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
Can I view my past orders?
Yes, if you created an account, you can log in anytime and view your full order history under “Orders.”

Where can I see my order status?
Log into your Maamgic account and go to "Orders". If you checked out as a guest, check your confirmation email for a tracking link.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email — did my order go through?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, reach out to us at support@maamgic.com and we’ll confirm your order for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
