Shipping Fee

  • Free Shipping (U.S. Orders Only): We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
  • Shipping charge for other orders: For U.S. orders under $50, shipping fees apply based on the selected delivery method. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

When will my order ship? 

Generally orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free for orders over $50 in the USA for free standard shipping. For order below $50, a flat fee applies. For international orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes for orders?

For U.S. orders: We ship domestically from our New York warehouse, so there are no additional duties or import taxes. However, sales tax may be applied at checkout based on your state’s tax regulations.

For International orders: Depending on your country’s import policies, you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local government and would be are not included at checkout.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Just click the link in the email to follow your Maamgic gear on its journey.

You can also log in to your Maamgic account: 1. Go to Account 2. Click on Orders 3. Select the order you want to track.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or shows “delivered” but isn' t here?

Start by checking around your delivery area (porch, mailroom, neighbors). If it' s still missing after 48 hours of a “delivered” scan, email us — we' ll help sort it out with the carrier.
