At Maamgic, we want you would love what you wear — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
We accept returns and refunds on eligible items within 30 days of shipment, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Our goal is to make the process simple and fair, so you can shop feeling confident and stress-free.
Refunds (for returns)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

Full refund: You’ll receive the full item price plus any applicable sales tax.

Partial refund: if you return only part of your order, we’ll refund the price of the item(s) you returned.
Please note: If you paid shipping fee (on orders under $50), please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Method
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping):
If your order is canceled before it ships, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
2. After Delivery:
Once we receive your returned items, you can choose one of the following refund methods:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: The amount for the returned items will be credited back to your original payment account.
- Refund as Gift Card: Receive store credit in the form of a gift card for future purchases. If you’re not sure how to use the gift card, check the following steps below!
How to Use the Gift Card
Step 1: Check your email
Check your email for the Gift Card, After purchasing or receiving a gift card, you'll get an email with the subject line like: “Your Maamgic Gift Card”. Open the email and click “View Gift Card” to see your: Gift card balance, 16 digit gift card code (e.g., ABCD-1234-EFGH-5678)
Step2: Shop as usual
Browse our store and add your favorite items to the cart.
Step3: Process to checkout
Click the cart icon and then tap “Checkout.”
Step4: Enter your gift card code
On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled:
“Gift card or discount code”
Step5: Complete your payment
If your gift card covers the entire order, you're all set!
If there’s a remaining balance, you can pay the rest using a credit card, PayPal, or another available payment method.

Refund Policy
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, refund will be initiated as soon as possible. And the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
After your refund is issued, it may take a few additional days for the funds reach your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Will I get the full refund?
Yes, we issue a full refund for returned orders or cancelled orders.
If you’re only returning part of your order, we’ll refund the value of the returned items.
How will I know my refund has been issued?
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you have other problems, contact us when you are avaiable, we would offer you further assistance.
Return Items
If I return partial of the items in my order, how much will I be refunded?
You'll receive a refund for the items you returned, including any tax paid on those returned items.
If you paid for shipping (orders under $50), that shipping fee won’t be refunded.
If I return my entire order, will I get a full refund?
Yes, you'll get a full refund of the item total and any sales tax.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable if you paid shipping cost at checkout.
Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?
Absolutely. If you prefer a another size or style, we offer free exchanges. Check our Return & Exchange Center to start the process.
Can I get a refund if I used a discount code？
Yes, items purchased with discount codes are still eligible for refunds. Only the final sale items not support return and refund.
