You can return any item within 30 days of shipment, as long as it' s unworn, unwashed, and still has all tags and liners intact.

Please note: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, support for exchange. And if you return your order, any shipping fee you paid at checkout is non-refundable.

How can I submit a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, you would need to provide the order number and shipping address zip code associated with your original order. If you not clear about the order number, just go”Account”, click orders, then check the order you want to return or exchange, you will find the tracking number.
If you require further assistance, please contact our customer support team.


Do you offer free return or change?

For domestic areas in U.S. , we would cover the shipping.
While for international returns, return shipping cost is by your own, and the import fees also need our customer afford.

How long will it take to process my return or refund?

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we need about 5–7 business days for processing.
Refunds go back to your original payment method when orders finished all the processes.

Can I return or exchange Final Sale items?

Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, we're happy to offer an exchange for a different size.

If I return my order, will I get the shipping fee refunded?

If you paid a shipping fee at checkout, it is non-refundable in case of returns. However, if you cancel your order before it ships, the full amount including shipping will be refunded.

Totally. For U.S. customers, exchanges would be free, you can head to ‘Submit a Return’, if the item you want is out of stock, you could contact us.

How to do if I received a damaged or defective item?


Sorry about that — it’s not the experience we want for you. Just send us a photo and your order number to support@maamgic.com, and we’ll sort it out with replacement properly.


What if my package is delayed, lost, or shows “delivered” but isn' t here?

Start by checking around your delivery area (porch, mailroom, neighbors). If it' s still missing after 48 hours of a “delivered” scan, email us — we' ll help sort it out with the carrier.
